Design & Pre-Press
A fully functional in-house pre-press department is housed within Reliable Packaging. A robust group of experts supports customers with all aspects of their design requirements, from initial CAD designs to surface finishing of finished goods. A full setup for sample creation provides benefits for the prototype and aids in determining the precise benefits and drawbacks of a package design. licensed versions of Pasharp Workflow, Adobe Illustrator, Coral Draw, and Eng View for CAD design. internal resources, such as a Kodak CTP plate processor, cutting table, and Epson proofer.
Printing
With the ability to print both UV and aqueous materials online and transmit PPF files directly from prepress to printing via the PDCx interface, our printing department can achieve optimal print quality with the least amount of manual labor. Specialized Pantone inks are prepared in-house using a photo spectrometer, universal lightbox, UV curer, and other equipment that helps to avoid press adjustments and get the intended print results the first time.
Corrugation
Three corrugation plants run by Reliable Packaging are intended to produce more than 500 MT of kraft paper each month. The flute profiles B, C, E, and F can be produced using the two ply lines. The business has extensive experience producing multicolored, three- and five-ply corrugated cartons. We also produce intricately die-cut shelf displays that go beyond standard slotted containers.

Every stage of the value-added process—pre-press, printing, corrugation, pasting, and so on—has quality control checks. The final products are double-checked to ensure they meet quality requirements prior to every delivery. Additionally, ARTH Industries has a well-organized system for quality assurance and a fully-stocked QC lab to closely monitor every receipt through exacting quality tests.
